JIATIE CNC machine has a unique structure in damping performance , it reduces the fine damage to the workpiece in the characteristics of the whole machine. It is specially built for the hard brittle parts to achieve high accuracy and high quality finish after processing.

Equipped with JIATIE CNC system developed by Kejie technology independently , built-in grinding process software, increase the processing accuracy to micron level and improve the consistency of batch production of hard brittle parts.

Self-developed precision motorized spindle technology enables ultra-high speed grinding and maintaining excellent tool balance and vibration performance.

Automatic tool magazine is equpped with good sealing that the precision tool holder is well-protected from contamination that long-term stability remains to meet the needs of multi-process processing

CCD visual recognition system can be configured to recognize various Mark marks.

On-line grinding wheel dressing system can be configured to trim the grinding wheel contour on the machine to ensure high yield.

Laser tool setting instrument can be configured to automatically detect tool diameter and dynamic runout, and the whole process is controllable.

Machining on JIATIE CNC machine, the geometric accuracy and contour accuracy of the workpiece can be obtained immediately after processing finished like a three coordinates measurement system does but without taking off the workpiece from the machine. this technology uses a high- precision measuring probe on the machine, and cooperates with the measurement program and software developed by JIATIE.

Hard to Cut Material

With JIATIE advanced spindle technology, high speed, high torque, high acceleration characteristics spindle is using for a variety of difficult machining materials, such as titanium alloy, superalloy, high hardness, hardening materials, it can achieve the rough and fine integrated processing at one clamping and maximize the yield.
