Built up the industry status in high-end market

The E series market share exceeded 50%

• JIATIE brand became the iconic brand in the high-end mold industry and 3C appearance machining industry.

• The curved surface glass heat-bending mold produced by high-end graphite machine mass production broke the foreign monopoly.

• 5-axis integrated machine was launched, it equipped with simultaneous machining function and broke foreign monopoly.

• JT-803 system accomplished the CNC functions of 5-axis simultaneous, probe compensation, high speed and high accuracy.

2012

The machine equipped with JIATIE system had exceeded 10000.

• Self-researched-and-developed project FLY-801 wire welding machine was successfully launched, this marked KEJIE brand had entered to the semi-conductor industry.

• The sales headquarter building was finished, set more than 40 sales service stations and all over domestic main manufacturing centers.

2009   

Annual delivery exceeded 6000 machines 

• With the rise of smart phones and the advent of the 3G era, the 3C (communications, consumer electronics, and computers) industry had ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.

• The glass machine GLASS-500 and high gloss machine JTGK-600F which were researched and developed by JIATIE were continuously approved by large enterprise.

2007

Officially launched the independently researched-and-developed control system

•  The i-series products were launched and very popular in the market, causing a great response from the market and a wave of purchases.

• With the coordination and assistance of the Jiangmen City and District Governments, the plan of connecting the 2-phase and 3-phase plants was successfully completed. 

2006   

Enterprise revenue exceeded 1.5 million RMB.

• The independently researched-and-developed products of high-speed drilling center, high-speed CNC engraving and milling machine and graphite machine entered the international market and illustrated Chinese manufacture ability.

• New plant was built and set March 25th as the factory day. 

2003  

Innovation breakage: broke down the foreign technical barrier

• Deeply focused on study and fundamental research to improve and develop the technologies, and finally broke through the technical constraints. Series of products were recognized as the domestic advanced level.

• The first independently researched-and-developed and 5-axis simultaneous CNC machine was created.

2002   

Company president TIAN SHAOHUA started his management and published a serious policies for revolution.

• Seized the development opportunity at that time, first proposed the concept that ‘machine tool is able to engrave and mill’, this type of machine is named ‘engraving and milling machine’. After that, in 2015, the high speed CNC machine national standard drafted by KEJIE TECHNOLOGY was issued.

• Launched the ‘entrepreneurial version‘ engraving and milling machine JT-600 which faced to the rapid expanding machining industry.

• Focused on personnel training, established school-enterprise cooperation, provided professionals for CNC equipment.  

1998

JIATIE company establishment

• The first high-surface quality machining center NC2000 was launched to the market, this promoted domestic CNC machine tool application.

• Successfully registered ‘JIATIE Machinery’ trademark and adhered to the entrepreneurial principle of ‘good product and stable quality as iron’ to develop and make progress.
